new construction.
Are there any other requirements?
The funds can only be used for new
construction and existing homes or
condominiums which require some
rehabilitation as defined in the
program. Florida Statute prohibits
assistance for the purchase of
mobile homes.
What happens if I do not qualify for a
mortgage due to my credit?
Our goal is to help you qualify for
home ownership. If you have a
problem with your credit or need
help with budgeting your finances,
we will assist you in the process by
counselor who works with others
that have the same type of credit
difficulties as you do.
