How do I apply?
Contact The Housing Corporation for an application. Detailed instructions will be provided over the phone. Applications can be picked up in person or mailed. All applications will be processed on a first come, first read, first serve basis. To be ready, a client must have a purchase contract in place, a completed appraisal for the property and have secured the primary mortgage through one of the Cornerstone Lenders.
